While running a small eCommerce business an accounting problem arrives soon as you start. Not every merchant from the very beginning is able to purchase an accounting or ERP system to manage their records. What about keeping your records within Magento related with customers and orders?

Being deeply involved into our customers’ eCommerce business processes we decided to simplify Magento Merchants’ accounting by implementing Integrated Accounting module.

Usually, small to mid-sized Magento merchants use 3rd party accounting solutions like QuickBooks or Kashflow or just keeping their books in Excel or Google Docs spreadsheets. More developed, large-sized enterprises usually integrate their Magento web stores with more sophisticated internal ERP systems like Odoo (ex OpenERP), Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle EBS and others.
The process of integration of any 3rd party solution into your eCommerce business ecosystem requires an additional effort from staff and management to learn and implement.

Our Integrated Accounting extension is based on Magento architecture and brings everything you need for accounting into your Magento Admin Panel your staff and you are already familiar with.

Flexible permission system allows you to control access of your employees and departments to specific accounts and operations.
Multiple account charts support enables you to keep books of all of your organizations in the same place.
Integrated charts & reporting tools allow you to monitor your enterprise performance with eagle eye precision and stay informed by integrated notification system about expenses exceeding limits or any other overdrafts.
Our module is not limited to user count, any Magento admin panel user can become an assisting accountant and post their own records easily. Record queues & bunches stand for control of operations by supervisor and for delayed or pending records.
